As well as being Programme Director of the Hinterland Festival and a broadcast journalist, Myles Dungan is also an established author of works on Irish and American history. He will read from a forthcoming book, Four Killings, which is divided between the USA and Ireland and is a family history of violence in the American West and the Irish War of Independence and from a work in progress – an Irish-American detective novel set in San Francisco in 1883.
